TW Fic: Moments Like These (1/1)
Sep. 6th, 2010 05:52 pmTitle: Moments Like These
Author:
lizzledpink
Rating: PG-13
Characters: Jack/Ianto
Summary: Drabble. Jack, Ianto, and paperwork.
Disclaimer: I don't own this, nor do I make any money for it.
A/N: Sudden, five-minute inspiration. Gotta love it. Unbeta'd, because I'm impatient and it's just a drabble. 100 words exactly. (and for anybody who cares, I FEEL LIKE CRAP TODAY T.T Stupid... cold... >.<)
He felt it - the brush of clothed skin against his own. Ianto smiled to himself – a tiny, rare smile of simple contentment.
Jack smiled, the look in his eyes soft, and then returned to his own paperwork.
The clock in the room tick-tocked on, the loudest thing in the room, as they worked.
It wasn’t the sex, Ianto mused. It was moments like these, silent and golden, which remained unbroken.
This was when he really knew Jack cared.
On the paperwork, Ianto crossed a metaphorical “t,” dotted a theoretical “i.”
Jack’s thigh brushed his again. Ianto brushed Jack’s back.
