(stumbled upon this following a comment you wrote on another fic that mentioned you writing a torchwood fic where Ianto is gentically changed... was on my way to find that fic)
Wow. I mean, wow. Because that - writing a fic in ten words? That's insane. And awesome. I read the top bit and was like... hm... do I really wanna read such short fic. Then I was like, oh well, won't take long.
Then I read it. And. Wow.
I smiled. I laughed. I felt.
And you did it in *ten words*!
Loved the Torchwood ones the best. There's just something so simple, so elegant, so ... deep, about these. Like haiku's in prose.
(I admit I also read your rant - it was right there when I jumped on your journal to find earlier mentioned fic - but I really wasn't planning on leaving such a detailed review. I was planning on leaving one - because I totally, totally have had that rant in my own mind at times when I'm all :( - but was thinking something simple. Then I read this, and I'm glad I did, because this review isn't because of the rant. It's because I really, totally, loved these - the Torchwood ones, anyway. I enjoyed the Doctor Who ones, but it was the Torchwood ones that did it for me).
